What Groomsy does
Groomsy brings beauty services to your home in Kovaipudur, Coimbatore. You choose the services, a day, a time window and your address. Groomsy assigns a trained, verified professional, who carries out the services at your home.
Sending a request
You pay when you send the request. Your booking is confirmed once the professional accepts it. If she can’t take it, message Groomsy and we will sort it out with you, including a refund where one is due.
Service area and timing
We currently serve homes within 8 km of Kovaipudur. You pin your address on the map when you book, and we check it is inside the area. You choose a time window; your professional confirms her arrival time when she accepts.
Prices and payment
The price of every service is shown before you book, in Indian rupees. Payment is made online through PayU. Some services show a starting price (“From”) because the work depends on things like hair length.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel from My bookings. What you get back depends on when you cancel; the details are on the cancellation and refund page.
Accurate information
Please give a phone number we can reach, an accurate address and anything about your skin, hair or health that is relevant to the service you asked for. Your professional may talk to you before she begins about whether a service can be done safely.
Reviews
Only customers with a completed booking can review it. Please keep reviews honest and about your own experience. Groomsy may remove reviews that are abusive or not about the service.
