01How does booking work?
Choose your services, pick a day and a time window, and pin your address. Sign in with a code we send to your phone, then pay. Your booking request goes to a professional, who accepts it and confirms her arrival time.
02Where are services available?
Groomsy currently serves homes within 8 km of Kovaipudur in Coimbatore. When you book, you pin your address on the map or use your phone’s location, and we confirm it is inside the service area before you continue.
03When is my booking confirmed, and what if nobody accepts?
You pay now. Your professional confirms shortly. The booking is confirmed when she accepts. If she can’t make it, message Groomsy on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it out with you.
04How do I pay?
You pay online when you send the request, through PayU, by card, UPI or net banking. Groomsy never sees or stores your card details.
05Can I cancel?
Yes, from My bookings. Before your professional accepts, you can cancel and get a full refund. After she accepts, 5% is kept and the rest is refunded. Within 2 hours of the appointment, message us instead. Refunds go back to the way you paid.
06Can I book more than one service?
Yes. Add as many as you like to your booking, up to 3 hours in total, and one professional does them all in a single visit.
07Can I leave a review?
Yes. After your appointment is completed you can leave a review from My bookings.
